Information architecture plays a pivotal role in understanding user navigation within our products. Presented above is an exemplar of an information architecture framework I meticulously crafted. Before embarking on wireframing and prototyping, I ensure that the information architecture is meticulously mapped for our clients. This fosters a clearer path for product and feature development.
Product Requirements Documentation (PRD) is central to the daily responsibilities of a product manager. Here, I showcase a sample PRD created for an assignment, addressing a challenge related to reducing checkout abandonment rates. To comprehend product requirements, I begin by crafting a comprehensive customer persona and then meticulously document the journey map. This approach is instrumental in advancing PRD development, as evidenced by the Customer Journey Map I've created for an e-commerce consumer, detailing features for each step.
Product roadmaps are a compilation of features, themes, and user stories planned across various sprints with the product team. I've meticulously constructed a coherent backlog where each feature encompasses user stories, tasks, and subtasks. Additionally, I've devised a Gantt chart that serves as both a product roadmap and an activity manager.
Feature roadmaps are dedicated to tracking the development and release of key product features. They provide precise insight into how a product will evolve, focusing exclusively on value-added initiatives for users. Above is a sample document for an e-commerce company, showcasing these features.
During the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), I've adeptly crafted user stories following the agile framework. These user stories serve as essential support for design, development, and research phases, and also serve as valuable documentation for clients.
Role-based Access Management systems are pivotal for client admin panel access. I've undertaken the task of defining an access control document, delineating various functions offered by the admin panel and specifying which functions are accessible to different roles. Please find a sample above for reference.
Process mapping is a profound tool, especially for clients seeking assistance in explaining processes to employees, measuring efficiency gaps, or documenting processes post-automation implementation. I've found various methodologies like flowcharts, BPMN, and IA indispensable for this analysis. Above is an example of a process map I created for a sales process.
BPMN is essentially a refined form of process mapping, particularly suited for information systems. I've undertaken modeling tasks using software like Flowable, Bonitasoft, Camunda, and Kissflow, with a primary focus on Bonitasoft.
During the design and wireframing phases, I've consistently emphasized capturing intricate logic for developers' understanding. For instance, for SaaS companies like Urban Clap, where dynamic seller-buyer assignment is essential (e.g., event management), I've had the privilege of crafting backend logic as a business analyst.

I designed and developed a robust e-commerce website using Django, a high-level Python web framework. This project involved creating an intuitive user interface for customers to browse and purchase products, integrating secure payment processing, and implementing a versatile admin panel for managing inventory and orders. The website was optimized for scalability and performance, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for users. Through meticulous design and coding.
Leveraging Django, I crafted an advanced resume builder application to simplify the process of creating professional CVs. Users can input their information, select from various templates, and instantly generate visually appealing resumes. This project involved designing an intuitive user interface,
creating a flexible database structure, and incorporating real-time previews. The application streamlines the job application process, helping users present their qualifications effectively to potential employers.
I harnessed the power of machine learning to develop a shape detection system capable of recognizing and classifying different geometric shapes within images. By training a convolutional neural network (CNN) on a diverse dataset, the model achieved high accuracy in identifying shapes such as circles, triangles, squares, and rectangles. This project has practical applications in image analysis, robotics, and quality control, allowing for automated shape recognition in various industries.
I created an image processing tool that identifies and extracts the dominant color from any given picture. This tool utilizes clustering algorithms to analyze pixel colors and determine the primary hue, providing valuable insights for graphic designers, photographers, and artists. It can help in color palette selection and image editing, enhancing the overall aesthetic and visual impact of images.
Employing the YOLO (You Only Look Once) object detection algorithm, I developed a system capable of real-time object detection in images and video streams. YOLO is known for its efficiency and accuracy in identifying objects, making it suitable for various applications such as surveillance, autonomous vehicles, and computer vision tasks. This project involved model training, integration into a user-friendly interface, and optimization for rapid and precise object recognition.
I conducted in-depth sentiment analysis of stock market data to help investors make informed decisions. This project involved gathering and analyzing large datasets of financial news and social media sentiment, applying natural language processing (NLP) techniques, and building predictive models. By assessing market sentiment, this tool provides valuable insights into potential market trends and helps users assess investment risks and opportunities more effectively. It serves as a valuable resource for traders and investors seeking to stay ahead in the dynamic world of finance.
This Tableau dashboard provides a real-time overview of sales performance, including key metrics such as revenue, orders, and conversion rates. The dashboard is interactive, allowing users to drill down into specific data points and filter the data by region, product category, and other criteria.
This project used logistic regression to develop a model to predict whether a blood donor will return to donate again. The model was trained on a dataset of donor features and historical donation data. The trained model can be used to identify donors who are at risk of not returning and to develop targeted interventions to encourage them to donate again.
This project built a data pipeline in Alteryx to automate the process of extracting, transforming, and loading data from a variety of sources. The data pipeline was used to support a variety of data analysis projects, including the sales dashboard, survey analytics, business process among others.
This project developed a predictive model to forecast future sales or customer churn. The model was trained on a dataset of historical data and can be used to generate predictions for future time periods. The model can be used to inform business decisions such as inventory planning, marketing campaigns, and customer retention programs.
This project calculates the prices of expeditions for countries like France, taking into account prices based on weight as well as supplementary costs, by looking against a price grid. The price grid is a table that shows the price per kilogram for each country, as well as the supplementary costs. The supplementary costs may include things like fuel surcharges, customs fees, and insurance.
